EAv Extends No Mission Fees, Adds Dessert Options

Empire Avenue announced on it’s blog today that it as extended the no mission fee period for “a couple of days.” It’s unclear from the post when the new extension will end, so I posted a comment asking for clarification and am waiting for a response. Update 11 PM ET: EAv staff responded saying the extension will end midnight GMT Thursday, aka Wed, 7 PM ET.
The post also announced 2 new Dessert Bonus options…

Mission Pet Peeve: Promoting Missions w/o Descriptions

Today is the last day of EAv is waiving all mission fees, effectively cutting the cost of missions in half. This has resulted in a boom in missions and posts in groups and communities promoting these missions.
I’ve said a number of times the biggest factor in whether I do a mission (particularly a mission that asks me to share content) is not the size of the reward but whether it will resonate with my friends/followers. With that in mind, a growing pet peeve of mind is seeing shouts, posts to groups and mission titles that say things like “10,000e mission [mission link]” or “Easy RT Mission [mission link].”

Black Friday (and beyond) eaves sales

Empire Avenue is going for the trifecta this week by announcing discounts on purchased eaves. This announcement follows yesterday’s announcements of More Pie #11 and no mission fees. The sale ends Monday, November 26.
If memory serves me, the price for 500,000e and 200,000e is not actually lower than the regular price but an extra 75,000e & 25,000e have been added. Prices for fewer amounts of eaves seem to be about 20%-30% off.
